Gene Expression Differences in Airway Epithelial Cells from Asthma or COPD DonorsAccess to diseased primary cells from patients diagnosed with COPD or asthma provides a convenient, biologically relevant model to assess genetic and in some cases phenotypic changes from normal, healthy donor tissues.
