The PyroCell® Monocyte Activation Test – Human Serum Kit combines 3 vials of cryopreserved, pooled PBMC (human, pMAT cells), and 3 vials of cryopreserved Human Serum Supplement, for 288 tests (3x 96-well microtiter plates).
The PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Kit combines two reagent kit boxes: the PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Set A (M2018) and the PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Set B (M2019). The PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Kit contains all necessary reagents and buffers to perform 288 test (3 ELISA plates). It is used in combination with the PyroCell® MAT Kit (# 249735) or PyroCell® MAT Human Serum Kit (# 279770) to conduct the Monocyte Activation Test (MAT).
PyroCell® Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) Kit qualified for the monocyte activation test including 3 vials pooled PBMC (pMAT cells, 4 donors) as well as 3 vials of Cell Culture Medium Supplement for 3 x 96-well ELISA plates.
