Product Overview

SeaKem® ME Agarose is a moderate EEO agarose that is often used for serum protein electrophoresis, IEP and occasionally for nucleic acid electrophoresis. With a standard melting temperature and gel strength similar to SeaKem® LE Agarose, SeaKem® ME Agarose is optimized to quickly and easily differentiate between the 5 major protein groups seen in an SPEP test.
