Product Overview
Lonza's Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated from peripheral blood by apheresis and density gradient separation. Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols. They are guaranteed to contain ≥50 million viable cells per ampoule. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased.
Benefits
- Test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi
