The TheraPEAK 293-GT® Media System (growth medium with included supplement) is a drop-in-ready solution to support high-yield adeno-associated virus (AAV) production in suspension HEK293 cells across a variety of transfection reagents, AAV enhancers, cell lines, and plasmid backbones. This platform flexibility makes TheraPEAK 293-GT® Media System ideal for process development, accelerating delivery of high-quality lead candidates while supporting incresed AAV titer and improved full capsid ratios.
With traceability documentation available including Certificates of Analysis and a Drug Master File, the TheraPEAK 293-GT® Media System simplifies processes, supports regulatory compliance, and scale up from preclinical development through to manufacturing.
