Product Overview

Leukapheresed CD4+ T Cells are negatively selected from mononucleated cells using an indirect immunomagnetic CD4+/CD45RO+ labelling system. Cells are cryopreserved in Lonza Cryo Media in a cryovial. Cell purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using AO/PI. Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
