The HBMTMBasal Medium consists of 500 mL hepatocyte basal medium without supplementation. It is designed to be used only in conjunction with the HCMTM SingleQuots® (CC-4182) . Once combinded together, these reagents formulate a highly reproducible maintenance medium for primary hepatocytes from all species. The final medium is serum-free.
