The HCMTM SingleQuots® Kit consists of individual vials containing the key labile ingredients required to combine with the HBMTM Basal Medium (Sold Seperately, CC-3199) in support of primary hepatocyte cultures. Once combinded together these reagents formulate a highly reproducible maintenance medium for primary hepatocytes from all species. The final medium is serum-free.
