Various NucleofectorTM Kits and corresponding AmaxaTM Optimized Protocols are available for the transfection of NCTC clone 929 cells using the different NucleofectionTM Platforms.
- For transfection of NCTC clone 929 in the 4D-NucleofectorTM System and 96-well ShuttleTM System we recommend using our Cell Line Optimization Kits and the respective optimization protocols.
- Optimal kits for the NucleofectorTM II Device are the Cell Line NucleofectorTM Kits V used in combination with a cell-type specific protocol.

Example for NucleofectionTM of NCTC clone 929 cells
NCTC clone 929 cells were transfected by NucleofectionTM using the pmaxGFPTM Vector. Cells were incubated 10 mins post NucleofectionTM. 48 hours after NucleofectionTM, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
For the 4D-NucleofectorTM Kits 'L' and 'S' indicate the NucleocuvetteTM Vessel format. L = 100 µl single NucleocuvetteTM, S = 16-well NucleocuevtteTM Strip.
