Product Overview
Cryopreserved Single Donor human hepatocytes are characterized for high viability and general Phase I and Phase II metabolism activity in short term suspension metabolism assays. The Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are ideally suited from short-term (<4hrs) in vitro drug clearance assays. The Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are not suitable for applications that require hepatocytes cultured in adhered monolayers.
