The Nucleofection Wet Lab Training includes a visit of a Lonza transfection specialist in your lab for 1 or 2 days. It is an expanded training compared to the Nucleofection Basic Installation and Training as it comprises a wet lab experiment with your cell type of interest on your specific Nucleofector® Platform.
Theoretical part includes:
- Introduction to Nucleofector® Technology
- Nucleofection experiment set up and analysis
- Troubleshooting (Nucleofection and cell culture)
- Applications (e.g. RNAi, generation of stable clones)
Practical part includes:
- Installation of device
- Intensive software training
- Nucleofection experiment with one cell type of interest
