Product Overview

SilensomesTM are validated human pooled liver microsomes (HLM) chemically and irreversibly inactivated for one specific CYP using mechanism based inhibitors (MBI). Contents of the CYP Phenotyping Kit include 7 individual SilensomesTM HLM inhibited for CYP2C9, CYP1A2, CYP2B6, CYP2A6, CYP2D6, CYP2C8, and CYP3A4 P450s, plus the SilensomesTM Master Control.

Format:

Each specific CYP SilensomesTM HLM is supplied in 150 μL as 20mg/mL microsomal protein with matched Control SilensomeTM HLM (batch dependent) that was treated under the exact same conditions without inhibitor.
