- The sample cannot be substituted for cash.
- You are responsible for any and all taxes that might be incurred on sample received.
- You must be 18 years of age to be eligible.
- Employees (including immediate family members of employees and/or those living in the same household) of Lonza, and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, are not eligible to receive free samples.
- Lonza is not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or incompletely received sample requests, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Lonza’s server or elsewhere or requests not received by Lonza in time.
