Lonza's 15-399 powder is a skeleton DMEM basal powder made to reconstitute all liquid DMEM basal formulations. This powder is available in 10, 50, 200 or 1000L containers. This means these containers can make 10, 50, 200 or 1000L of liquid medium when dissolved in water. To make a specific formulation you need to add to the DMEM basal powder HEPES, NACl according to our instructions. NaHCO3 is not included in our powder formulation, as it is more convenient to add it to the liquid, for better pH adjustment
