Product Overview

Cord blood from a single donor is used to negatively select CD8+ Cytotoxic T cells using an indirect immunomagnetic CD8 labeling system to deplete the non-CD8+ cells. Cells are cryopreserved with Lonza Cryo Media in a cryovial. Purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using AO/PI. Manufactured by AllCells®
