Lonza's Human Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells (HPAEC) and media are convenient and easy to use, allowing the researcher to focus on results. Cryopreserved HPAEC cells are shipped in third passage. Proliferating cells are shipped in fourth passage. Cells isolated from Diabetes Type 1 and 2 are also available.

Human pulmonary artery endothelial cells (CC-2530) were immunohistochemistry labeled with von Willebrand Factor antibody (Sigma, F3520) used at 1:200. Secondary antibody used was VECTDI1088 DyLight 488 from (Vector Laboratories). Staining for CD31/PECAM-1 was conducted using antibody from R&D Systems, BBA7 at 1:100. Secondary antibody used to detect CD31/PECAM-1 was VECTDI2594 DyLight 594 (Vector Laboratories). Nuclei were stained with Hoechst
