Cleanroom Level 1 (Lonza #05104629/BCS #B14379) is a white matte direct thermal polypropylene label suitable for up to and including Class 100/ISO 5/Grade A & B cleanrooms.
Product Overview
- Offers the highest level of cleanliness available for today’s critical environments.
- Backed with a permanent adhesive and an IPA resistant varnish, which helps protect the printed image when wiped down with IPA.
- Offers cleanroom packaging and is ideal for keeping products safe from excess environmental contamination prior to use.
- Cleaned with an in-line sub-micron, MicroClean 10, web cleaning system, which breaks down the static layer, allowing both sides of label stock to be cleaned ultrasonically.
- Packaged in a fully ionized cleanroom in MDPE certified cleanroom bags, which are nitrogen purged, backfilled, and then vacuum sealed in double bags. This ensures that the labels are sealed in a sub-micron environment to maintain the cleanliness level and freshness of the labels.
- Works with Zebra Models ZQ620 Plus, ZQ620 and QLn320 Thermal Barcode Printer
- Two-year expiration.
The terms Sterility and Cleanliness can be mistaken for one another. Sterility refers to the removal of micro-organisms (Gamma Irradiation) and Cleanliness refers to the number of particulates (Cleanroom Compatibility Level).
