Lonza’s hMSC Adipogenic Differentiation BulletKitT^M Medium is a serum containing media system designed to induce adipogenic differentiation of human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells into mature, functionally active adipocytes in as few as 19 days. Differentiation can then be validated by a variety of methods including the use of Lonza’s AdipoRed^TM Adipogenic Assay Reagent which provides a quantitative value related to the amount of adipogenic differentiation.

The hMSC Adipogenic Differentiation Medium is offered as a BulletKit^TM Medium (catalog no. PT-3004) which includes both the basal media for induction and maintenance and the necessary supplements for both adipogenic induction and maintenance of human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells.
