SAGMTM BulletKitTM is small airway epithelial cell growth medium that is serum-free and has been optimized to grow human small airway epithelial cells (SAEC) from normal and diseased tissue.
Published research shows SAGMTMTM BulletKitTM Small Airway Epithelial Cell Growth Medium is also suitable to support co-culture experiments with primary mammary epithelial cells (HMEC) as well as established breast cancer cell lines such as MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231.
