Product Overview

SeaKem® HE Agarose is a high EEO agarose that provides enhanced resolution for immunoelectrophoresis (IEP), crossed-IEP, counterimmunoelectrophoresis (CIEP), and serum protein electrophoresis. With a standard melting temperature and gel strength similar to SeaKem® LE Agarose, SeaKem® HE  Agarose is optimized to not only quickly and easily differentiate between the 5 major protein groups seen in an SPEP test, but also provides the very high resolution needed for crossed-IEP.
