SilensomesTM are validated human pooled liver microsomes (HLM) chemically and irreversibly inactivated for one specific CYP using mechanism based inhibitors (MBI). SilensomesTM Master Control is a production-matched control to specific CYP inhibited SilensomesTM HLM.  Note that lot numbers of specific CYP inhibited SilensomesTM HLM must match last 4 digits of the lot number for the SilensomesTM Master Control order to ensure production match.
