Lonza cord blood CD34+ HLA cells (2C-101HX) contain ≥2 Million hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, and are ideal for studies relating to transplantation and stem cells and humanized mouse model creation. Cord blood derived CD34+ HLA cells (2C-101HX) is available with HLA information. This eliminates the need to use cells for obtaining HLA genotype and increases the number of cells that can be used within your experiment. It also can be used to select lots more appropriate for your needs. Large lot sizes of ≥2 Million cells increase productivity of transplantation experiments. The combined value of large lot and HLA information provides considerable time and cost savings. Cord blood CD34+ HLA cells are ethically sourced and are isolated using Institutional Review Board (IRB) or other regulatory authority-approved consent forms and protocols.
