Product Overview

SkBM®-2 is a Skeletal Muscle Myoblast basal medium sold separately. This can be used with 1 kit of CC-3244 (skeletal muscle myoblast growth medium SingleQuots® Supplements and Growth Factors). The full SkGM®-2 BulletKit® consisting of basal medium and supplements can be purchased together using the catalog number CC-3245. We offers two varieties of Skeletal Muscle Growth Medium - SkGM® and SkGM®-2.

SkGM®-2 Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Medium-2 (catalog number CC-3245) is an enhancement of SkGM® Medium. Fetuin has been removed and there has been further optimization of the basal media.

SkGM® Medium is optimized for use with human skeletal muscle cells. SkGM®-2 is specially designed for use with normal and diabetic skeletal muscle myoblasts.
