Tris buffer can be used in place of water as the sample diluent for highly acidic or basic samples (for endotoxin testing, samples and sample dilutions should be between pH 6-8). Tris buffer may be used to prepare samples for any of our endotoxin detection assays. Contains <0.005 EU/ml endotoxin.
