Product Overview
RCGMTM Rat Cardiomyocyte Growth Medium is specifically formulated for the growth and survival of rat neonatal cardiac myocytes in culture. Lonza offers customers a fully validated and optimized cardiomyocyte medium and growth factors to complement our CloneticsTM Rat Cardiomyocytes, R-CM-561, as a complete system to study cardiac biology/toxicology.
Basal medium and SingleQuots Kit growth factors are available separately. Media products are specially designed to support the growth of human and animal primary cells. Media systems have been specifically developed and optimized for various cell systems.
Media are supplied in several formats:
- Basal Medium - contains no growth factors cytokines, or supplements
- SingleQuots - growth factors, cytokines, and supplements
- BulletKits - basal media and SingleQuots Kit packaged together
