Human Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HMVEC-C) are isolated from normal and diabetic donors. Additional donor characteristics including hypertension, or smoking history may be available by contacting our Scientific Support Team.

Cryopreserved Human Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells (CC-7030) are guaranteed through 10 population doublings, express CD31/105, von Williebrand Factor VIII, and are positive for acetyated low density lipoprotein uptake. All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased.
