Product Overview

The Cell Line Optimization Nucleofector® Kit is the ideal tool to determine the optimal transfection conditions for any difficult-to-transfect cell line that lacks an Optimized Protocol for the Nucleofector® 2b System (or older generations I or II). It enables you to conveniently determine the optimal Nucleofection condition of your cell line of interest within one experiment. The kit contains two different Cell Line Nucleofector® Solutions, V and L, each of which should be tested in combination with seven different Nucleofector® Programs. It is suitable for 18 optimization reactions. Fine-tuning for optimal results can then be performed together with our Scientific Support Team.

Before doing an optimization for your cell type of interest, please check out our knowledge database for availability of a ready-to-use Lonza Optimized Protocol or any existing data.
