Product Overview
PowerCHOTM 2 Powder kit 100 L is a hydrolysate-free, serum-free, and non-animal origin medium for supporting high-density CHO cells in suspension. For therapeutic bioprocessing applications, these protein-free formulations also facilitate both downstream purification and regulatory compliance. PowerCHOTM 2 Powder kit 100 L contains HEPES and Pluronic® F-68, but does not contain L-glutamine, phenol red, hypoxanthine, and thymidine.
PowerCHOTM 2 Powder kit 100 L is a Chemically Defined, Serum-free CHO Medium optimized for both cell growth and protein production. The powder kit contains several components to produce the liquid medium.
PowerCHOTM 2 Powder kit 100 L is compatible with fed-batch cultiring by using one of feeds: eCHOTM Feed, Power Feed A, CHO XtremeTM Feed.
