Cryopreserved single donor human hepatocytes are characterized for high viability and general Phase I and Phase II metabolism activity in short term suspension metabolism assays. Each ampule contains > 5 million cells.
Cryopreserved Wistar Han rat hepatocytes, suspension, are specifically pre tested for metabolic activity of general Phase I and Phase II metabolism in suspension. They are not suitable for applications requiring adherent cells. Each ampule contains > 5 million cells.
