PyroCell^® Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) Kit qualified for the monocyte activation test including 3 vials pooled PBMC (pMAT cells, 4 donors) as well as  3 vials of Cell Culture Medium Supplement for 3 x 96-well ELISA plates.

The PyroCell^® Monocyte Activation Test – Human Serum Kit combines 3 vials of cryopreserved, pooled PBMC (human, pMAT cells), and 3 vials of cryopreserved Human Serum Supplement, for 288 tests (3x 96-well microtiter plates).

Cryopreserved ampule of Bronchial Smooth Muscle Cells (BSMC) containing ≥ 500,000 cells 

For high-throughput transfection of cell lines, e.g. Jurkat or MCF-7, when working with the 384-well HT Nucleofector^® System.
