Product Overview
Naïve CD4+ T cells are negatively selected using a two step isolation process. CD4+ T Cells are first negatively selected from mononucleated cells obtained from leukapharesed blood using an indirect immunomagnetic CD4+ labeling system. CD45RO microbeads are then used to deplete the CD45RO+ population, leaving a highly enriched CD4+ CD45RA+ Naïve T Cell population.
Cells are cryopreserved in Lonza Cryo Media in a cryovial. Cell purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using hemacytometer (trypan blue method). Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
