Immunohistochemistry staining of normal human lung fibroblasts (CC-2512) stained with primary antibody Anti-Vimentin AB24525 (AbCam) used at 1:5000 dilution. Secondary antibody used was Horse anti Mouse, DI 2488 VectorLabs, used at 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst at 1:10,000.
