    In this Technical Note, we explain how Normal Human Lung Fibroblasts (NHLF) and the colon cancer cell line HCT 116 can be recovered from within RAFT™ Cultures. In addition, we show that Normal Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells (NHBE) cultured on top of RAFT™ Cultures can be harvested while leaving the collagen culture mostly intact. This allows for separation of two different cell populations within and on top of RAFT™ Cultures.
