Product Overview
Nucleocuvette® Cartridges PRO are the specific reaction vessels for the 4D-Nucleofector® LV Unit PRO in which the electroporation process takes place. They are used in combination with P3 Primary Cell Nucleofector® LV Solution Sets.
The fixed-volume version, the 2 mL Nucleocuvette® Cartridge PRO, enables processing of up to 200 million cells in a sample volume of up to 2 mL. Flexible sample volumes from 0.5 to 2 mL can be used. The cell suspension mixed with respective cargo (DNA, mRNA, RNP) is manually transferred into the cartridge using a pipette.
Before using the fixed-volume cartridge, the application should be established in the small-scale Nucleofection® Vessels on the 4D-Nucleofector® X Unit. The application may be further scaled up to the flow-through cartridge, the LV Nucleocuvette® Cartridge PRO.
The GMP-grade counterpart, TheraPEAK® 2 mL Nucleocuvette® Cartridge PRO, is planned to become available in Q4-2025.
