AoSMC – Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells

Human aortic smooth muscle cells (CC-2571) were grown in flasks and subsequently sub-cultured into 24-well plates, at 20k cells in Smooth muscle cell growth medium SmGM-2 medium (CC-3182). Cells were fixed and immunostained with 1:1500 dilution of anti-smooth muscle actin antibody (CBL171, Sigma), and nuclei were stained with Hoechst stain.
