Lonza's 15-375 powder is a skeleton EMEM basal powder made to reconstitute all liquid EMEM basal formulations.

To make a specific formulation you need to add to the EMEM basal powder HEPES, NACl adccording to our instructions. NaHCO3 is not included in our powder formulation, as it is more convenient to add it to the liquid, for better pH adjustment.
