Product Overview
Naïve CD8+ T cells are isolated using a two step isolation process. CD8+ T Cells are first negatively selected from MNC obtained from leukapharesed blood using an indirect immunomagnetic CD8+ labeling system. CD45RO microbeads are then used to deplete the CD45RO+ population, leaving a highly enriched CD4+ CD45RA+ Naïve T Cell population.
Cells are cryopreserved in Lonza Cryo Media and collected in a cryovial. Cell purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using hemacytometer (trypan blue method). Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
