Product Overview
AccuGENE®Saline-sodium-phosphate-EDTA Buffer is a standard reagent in Southern and Northern hybridization procedures. The addition of sodium phosphate helps keep this buffer more isotonic; it is more often used in RNA blotting but still has some uses in southern blotting.
The AccuGENE® 20X SSPE Buffer contains 3.0 M NaCl, 0.2 M NaH2PO4xH2O and 0.02 M EDTA, pH 7.4.
