FBMTM basal medium is a component sold separately. This is part of the FGMTM -2 and FGMTM -3 Fibroblast Growth Media BulletKitsTM (Catalog Numbers CC-3132 and CC-4526, respectively) which consist of basal medium and supplements packaged together.
FGMTM-2 Fibroblast Growth Medium-2 (CC-3132) was developed to support the growth of most primary human fibroblasts including lung and dermal fibroblasts. FGMTM-2 Medium contains 2% serum.
FGMTM-3 Fibroblast Growth Medium-3 (CC-4526) was developed specifically for cardiac fibroblasts. FGMTM-3 Medium contains contains 10% serum.
