AccuGENE^TMTris- EDTA Buffer is a basic Tris buffer with added EDTA. It is Commonly used as the basis for other buffers such as TAE and TBE, and electrophoresis for DNA/RNA destined for downstream enzymatic processes. Composition

10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (disodium salt), pH 7.4
