The PyroCell^® Monocyte Activation Test – Human Serum System (PyroCell^® MAT HS System) is an all-inclusive kit to conduct the Monocyte Activation Test. It contains 3 vials of cryopreserved, pooled PBMC (human, pMAT Cells), 3 vials Human Serum Supplement, the PeliKine compact human IL-6 kit and the PeliKine tool set, for 288 test (3x 96-well microtiter plates).

Used in combination with the PyroCell^® MAT Kit to conduct the Monocyte Activation Test (MAT). The PeliKine compact human IL-6 ELISA Kit contains all necessary reagents and buffers to perform 288 tests (3 ELISA plates).

The PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Kit combines two reagent kit boxes: the PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Set A (M2018) and the PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Set B (M2019). The PeliKine Human IL-6 ELISA Rapid Kit contains all necessary reagents and buffers to perform 288 test (3 ELISA plates). It is used in combination with the PyroCell^® MAT Kit (# 249735) or PyroCell^® MAT Human Serum Kit (# 279770) to conduct the Monocyte Activation Test (MAT).

The PyroCell^® Monocyte Activation Test – Human Serum Kit combines 3 vials of cryopreserved, pooled PBMC (human, pMAT cells), and 3 vials of cryopreserved Human Serum Supplement, for 288 tests (3x 96-well microtiter plates).
