Order Processing Delay Due to Planned IT System Downtime
We would like to notify our customers that we are upgrading our order processing software. This will require a planned system shutdown from 28 – 31 May 2020.
How will this affect you?
If you are planning to place an order during this time, there will be a delay in processing and delivery. Your order will be processed after 31 May when the IT system has been restarted.

- Ordering via our eShop on bioscience.lonza.com:
It may not be possible to order via our eShop during the shutdown. Please order by phone, email or fax via our Customer Service Teams. Your order will be processed after 31 May.
