Product Overview
Mononuclear cells (MNC) are collected using the Spectra Optia™ apheresis machine. The leukopaks are depleted RBC and washed to remove platelets. Our typical MNC product contains approximately 50% T cells, 20% monocytes, 10% B cells, 10% NK cells and may contain up to 5% granulocytes. Cells are shipped in a centrifuge tube. Count and viability is determined using AO/PI. Cells are collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols.
