Human CD4+ T Helper Cells (Cord Blood)

Catalog #: 4C-200
Human CD4+ T helper cells, isolated from cord blood using negative immunomagnetic selection, ≥ 10 million cells, cryopreserved

Product Overview

Cord blood from a single donor is used to negatively select CD4+ Helper T cells. Mononuclear cells are isolated using an immunomagnetic CD4+ T cell labeling system to deplete non-CD4+ cells, leaving a highly enriched CD4+ population. Cells are cryopreserved with Lonza Cryo Media in a cryovial. Purity is determined post thaw using a FACS assay. Count and viability is determined using AO/PI. Manufactured by AllCells®
