Bone marrow mononuclear cells are a mixed population of single nucleus cells including monocytes, lymphocytes, and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
BMNCs You Can Count on to Perform
Cryopreserved Lonza Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells are isolated from whole bone marrow via density gradient separation. Isolating mononuclear cells eliminates erythrocytes and graulocytes, producing a more stable cell product. Lonza BMNCs are available from a large and varied donor pool. They are guaranteed to contain either ≥5, 25, 100, or 200 million viable cells per ampoule, depending upon product purchased.
Fresh BMNC orders require a minimum order quantity of two vials per donor. Please contact Customer Service for information on sizes and pricing for fresh cells.
Lonza guarantees the performance of CloneticsTM/PoieticsTM cells only if appropriate CloneticsTM/PoieticsTM media and reagents are used exclusively and the recommended storage and use protocols are followed. Any modifications made to the recommended cell systems including the use of alternative media, reagents or protocols, will void cell and media performance guarantees. If you need assistance in selecting the appropriate media, reagents, or protocol, please contact Lonza Scientific Support. Minimum order quantity of 2 vials per donor is required for fresh cells. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased.
