These hepatocytes are qualified for high viabilities and healthy cultures lasting a minimum of 5 days in culture.
The Induction Qualified hepatocytes are ideal for studying drug-drug interaction potential and are prequalified to meet regulatory minimum guidances for cytochrome P450 mRNA and protein induction levels. They are also ideal for disease modeling, genomics applications, and other applications where high quality plated hepatocytes are required.
