The QV500 cell culture chamber provides a flexible research tool for low-flow perfusion cell culture. Molded from medical grade silicone, the QV500 is compatible with monolayer cultures using glass and plastic coverslips as well as a range of scaffolds to support 3D cell culture models. The Quasi Vivo(R) QV500 Starter Kit consists of 3 QV500 chambers, tubing, leur locks, one 30mL Reservoir bottle, and 12 glass coverslips for setting up your first Quasi Vivo experiment. The starter kit contents are enough to set up three QV500 chambers in succession fed by media from a single reservoir bottle. Pump is not included.
