PowerCHO® 2 Powder kit 10 L is a hydrolysate-free, serum-free, and non-animal origin mediim for supporting high-density CHO cells in suspension. For therapeutic bioprocessing applications, these protein-free formulations also facilitate both downstream purification and regulatory compliance. PowerCHO® 2 Powder kit 10 L contains HEPES and Pluronic® F-68, but does not contain L-glutamine, phenol red, hypoxanthine, and thymidine.
PowerCHO® 2 Powder kit 10 L is a Chemically Defined, Serum-free CHO Media optimized for both cell growth and protein production. The powder kit contains several components to produce the liquid medium.
PowerCHO® 2 Powder kit 10 L can be combined with feeds for fed-batch cell cultiring, we offer eCHO® Feed, Power Feed A and CHO Xtreme® Feed.
